By accessing or using Tarout Auth ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

Tarout Auth provides authentication-as-a-service solutions including:

• User authentication and authorization APIs
• Multi-tenant project management
• SDK integrations for various platforms
• Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities
• API key management
• Session management and security features

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach

4. API Usage and Limits

Your use of our APIs is subject to:

• Rate limits as specified in your subscription plan
• Compliance with our API documentation and best practices
• Responsible use that doesn't harm the Service or other users
• Proper authentication using API keys or tokens

For paid subscriptions:

• Billing is processed on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance

9. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain high availability:

• 99.9% uptime target for production services
• Scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• 24/7 monitoring and incident response
• Service credits for extended downtime (as per your plan)

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tarout and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tarout operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
